Faculty and students associated with the Exercise Psychology Lab conduct research in the area of physical activity promotion to improve quality of life of at-risk and underserved populations. Specifically, the Exercise Psychology research group focuses on two areas of investigation: (1) the study of theory-based correlates of physical activity and (2) the development, testing, and validation of interventions and outcome measures for physical activity, health-related quality of life, and falls risk.
The Exercise Psychology research group is interested in recruiting motivated undergraduate research assistants. Please contact Dr. Rebecca Ellis (404-413-8370 or firstname.lastname@example.org) if you are interested in becoming involved with our research group.
